iMeetzu tries to take it one step further by combining a site like Omegle, a social network and friend finder site and an online dating site.
iMeetzu has three chat flavours
On Imeetzu you can choose out of three chat modes: 100% anonymous video chat in de Chatroulette-like section, plain text chat without video and the need for a webcam, and the group chat where you can join chatrooms.
Social network and online dating site
If you want to enjoy the extra features of iMeetzu like seeing people’s profiles or adding users as a friend, you will have to register. If not, you can still use the site as a regular Chatroulette alternative and have a video chat with strangers from all over the world. It has to be said: there is quite some nudity on iMeetzu so this is definitely a 18+, adult video chat site. At the time we visited, there were almost 1000 strangers online.
Plain text chat
If you don’t like people showing themselves on cam you can try the text only chat. You can have a nice online chat over here. But again, you will have to register if you want to add strangers you are talking to as friends. The text chat room has some nice features: you can add some emoticons to your chat, send a picture and optionally set your name and gender.
Group chat in de chat rooms
iMeetzu has two rooms to have a group video chat: the no nudity room and the 18+ no rules room. If you want you can broadcast your video to the room. Click a user from the list to watch his or her webcam. And you can also send private messages to other users.
